Our Vision

By 2028, Lawrenceville will be an inclusive city whose high school students discover and experience their purpose, passion, and influence.

Our Mission

Provide quality opportunities to Lawrenceville’s high school students that encourage student leadership & improve community engagement in our students, their families, and the City.

A half-day business shadowing event for students! Attending students have the opportunity to job shadow with participating local businesses and connect with Lawrenceville itself, starting with a visit to City Hall.

A youth leadership program led in partnership with the City of Lawrenceville. This eight-month-long program is designed to develop and promote student success by cultivating a legacy of leaders in Lawrenceville among its high school students.

A paid summer internship program in partnership with Central Gwinnett and Discovery High Schools that aims to decrease the opportunity gap for students and increase graduation rates by providing access to quality internships and pathways to potential careers.

MEET THE TEAM

Kim Parson
Students46 Program Manager

Kim Parson, serves as the Students46 Program Manager at Impact46 overseeing all student programming under Students46. Hailing from Columbia, South Carolina, Kim is a proud alumna of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where she earned her B.S. in Early Education and Family Studies. She further honed her expertise at American College of Education, securing her Masters in Instructional Design and Technology. In her free time, Kim enjoys discovering new restaurants, playing golf, and working out.


Josiah joined Impact46 as the team’s Community Engagement & Outreach Specialist, starting on September 6th, 2022. He moved into his new role of Community Development Manager in August 2024.

Part of his role is to be one of the faces of Students46 within the community, connecting with partners throughout Lawrenceville, strengthening already existing relationships, and building others to promote Students46 programs and make Lawrenceville an even better city.

He and his wife, Sarah, love to read, hike, listen to great music (emo was never “just a phase” for the both of them), and have deep conversations with close friends. He also loves listening to metal, watching anime, and studying history/theology.

Rees Media is the combined forces of Anna and Brent Reese, the husband and wife duo behind the lenses of Impact46's content! They strive to create high quality, strategic, and impactful content that matters. With a combined 17 years of experience, they take pride in bringing their passion, expertise, and creativity alongside the incredible work of Impact46 as well as current and future clients!


Jeff Semple
Print/Digital Marketing Contractor

With over fifteen years of experience, Jeff is an expert at ideating future trends and mastering the creative realm of marketing. In 2020 he started Good Branch Creative to help churches and non-profits reach their audience through websites, print materials, digital assets and more.

Jeff has developed all of the logos and branding for Impact46 along with creating the websites and many of the marketing materials we use. His understanding of our mission and vision makes him a great fit for our team.

Jeff can also be found nerding out watching Star Wars or football. Most of all, Jeff loves spending quality time with his wife and three kids.
